Hello everyone,
Hope you are having a good week. Here is a recap of the cards we made at our last class follow by a preview of the cards for this coming Monday.

Floral Heart: Stamp flowers with Black Archival Ink onto gel plate; Color with pastel chalks; Brayer a thin layer of iridescent gold acrylic paint over the image; Lift image with white cardstock; Cut out flower image with heart die; Place over embossed vellum, add ribbon and attach to red card base.

Hot Air Balloons: Use embossing folder to emboss image on cream card panel; Brayer a thin layer of blue, green and white pearlescent acrylic paint on gel plate; Put embossed card panel on top and lightly rub to pick up paint on raised areas; Attach panel onto black mat before placing on top of aqua blue card base; Add sentiment and bow to finish.

Leaves: Brayer a thin layer of yellow acrylic paint; Use white card stock to lift the 1st yellow layer; Brayer a thin layer of green acrylic paint, place leaves (back side down) onto gel plate; Put the same card panel with the yellow layer on top and rub all over; Hold on to one side of the card panel, remove the leaves and place the card panel back down and hold; Then lift the other side of card panel to remove the remaining leaves and place that side back down to pick up the vein images left behind. Cut image to fit card and adhere onto green card base with die cut sentiment.

Ghost Print: Brayer a thin layer of iridescent gold acrylic paint over the leaf images left on the gel plate; Lift a ghost print with another white card stock; Cut to size and attach onto black mat; Add ribbon and butterflies before adhering onto white card base.
