Sadly, yesterday was our last Gel Printing Class for the Winter Session. I hope everyone had fun even though we got messy most of the times. Then again, Gel Printing is all about having fun experimenting with different media and let go of trying to be perfect!😃
Below is a quick recap of the cards we made. Hope to see you back in the Spring Session.

Apply green, blue & purple Memento inks on Gel Plate for background print. Place Butterflies Stencil over print and brush on same inks as background to reveal butterflies. Cut to size and assemble with sentiment and ribbon as shown.

Roll on blue & purple Distress Oxide inks onto Gel Plate, stamp Collage image w/o ink onto inked Gel Plate. Pull print, cut and assemble w/ sentiment & embellish as shown.

Add Color Chalks to Rose Stencil on Gel Plate. Apply thin layer of gold acrylic paint evenly & pull print. Assemble card as shown.

Roll yellow & orange Oxide ink evenly and pull print for background. Apply coral Oxide ink, place stencil over Gel Plate and put background print on top, rub thoroughly to pick stencil pattern and lift print. Cut to size before using embossing folder w heart die. Assemble & embellish card as shown.

Continuing from the previous print, pick up stencil from Gel Plate and place a clean sheet of paper onto plate to pick up pattern left on plate. Cut to size before using embossing folder w heart die. Assemble & embellish card as shown. |
