March 17 & March 3, 2014 Card Making Classe

Hello everyone,

Sorry for the late post.  I am so behind that I decide to post both classes at the same time starting with the March 3rd class two weeks ago.
This turtle card was made using a Sizzix turtle die and the fancy folding pattern and alternating the folded pattern papers working from the back of the card as shown.  Adhere finish card panel onto green pattern card base.  Punch out grass using Fiskar border punch and layer them on top.  Finish off with the gold sticker sentiment to finish.
This elegant hydrangea card was made by cutting out a curve on the light blue pattern paper and adhere onto white card base.  Punch out 3 large and three small blue vellum flowers using Martha Steward punches.  Add pearls on top of each flower and finish with silver sticker sentiment.
This window card was made by cutting  the window in the center of glossy white card panel using Spellbinder window die.  Tape the cloud paper behind the negative or left over of the white panel and then glue the window die cut onto the top in the opening.  Punch out green fern leaves using Martha Stewart punch and add flowers & blings on top.  Add sticker sentiment and adhere finished panel onto aqua green card base.
This bird of paradise card was made by coloring the stamp with different color markers and stamp on top of white glossy card panel.  Glue panel behind the bright yellow die cut frame, wrap ribbon around the bottom of the panel before adhering it to white card base.
Below are the cards we made yesterday, March 17 (Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone).
This iris folding egg was made by die cutting the egg in the center of cream card panel using the Spellbinder oval die.  Working from the back of the card panel, using different color strips of ribbon paper and follow the oval Iris Folding pattern to finish the egg.  Cut out grass using the pattern and glue on top front of card panel.  Punch out 4 corners of fuchsia card panel using EK Success corner punch and slip the egg panel into the fuchsia panel before adhering it to white card base.  Add sticker sentiment to finish.
This outdoor camping card was made by die cutting the trees and tent using Cuttlebug dies.  The white circle and green scallop circle was cut  using Spellbinder dies.  Sponge background with bamboo green, lime green and Bahamas blue Memento inks onto white circle before adhering the trees and tent on top as shown.   Tape ribbon onto tree pattern paper before adhering it onto Kraft card base.  Adhere the finished scallop panel on top to finish.
The quilling fish card was made with 1/8" wide green and teal quilling strips at various lengths as follow: 16" teal for fish body, two 6" teal for fins, two 6" green for tails.  The center of the shell was made using three 4" teal and glue the tip to three 4" green before rolling each one up to form the 3 center piece of the shell.  Roll up two 6" green strips for the edge of shell and two 4" green for the bottom of the shell.
This last card was made by using the Spellbinder die to cut out the floral swirl out of dark green card stock.  Adhere blue lattice paper onto green card panel before adhering it to white card base.  Add pink and green flower gems on top. Wrap ribbon on the bottom. Punch oval out of white card stock, add sticker sentiment and adhere to card with foam tape.
Well that's for now.  Spring Session starts in two weeks on March 31, 2014.  Have a great two weeks and hope to see you there!
